Update on Portsmouth situation

So, finally, someone else on the course indicated that they agree with my point of view.

I also work as a professional freelance translator and completely agree with Christopher's comments. None of my agency nor direct clients would ask or allow me to translate into anything other than my native tongue. I would appreciate some information regarding the German>English Spec Trans courses and whether I will have to translate into German. If this is the case it is a completely worthless exercise (for me personally as I am also doing this course for professional development) and I will have to seriously reconsider completing the rest of the course.
