Decided to spend the weekend in Spain, in Vigo (Galicia) to be precise. Staying here. It's rated #1 out of all the hotels in Vigo on tripadvisor.com which I really trust especially after staying in the beautiful Bracara Augusta hotel in Braga recently which was also very highly rated there. I trust it now the way I trust rottentomatoes.com for film reviews. Rarely fails me.
So, a little break in Galicia. Hopefully it won't rain all weekend like it has been doing here recently. We really need a break; both been working well above capacity for way too long. Everything is good and we have a lot to be thankful for but at the same time a rest will be enjoyed and is definitely well deserved.
Christmas. Bleuh. I've never been a fan of Christmas. Big capitalist charade and all that. It's all quite a lot more classy, more restrained and muted in Portugal. As it was in Argentina. Which I approve of. :)
I'm exhausted. Sleep. And a city break.
